Brad E. Haddock joins Biggs Law Group as "Of counsel."

Mr. Haddock is the former Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary of Koch Chemical Technology Group, LLC ("KCTG"), has become associated with the Biggs Law Group, LC as "Of Counsel". During his distinguished career at Koch, Mr. Haddock served as lead counsel for several key businesses, including Koch's refining, chemicals, and asphalt businesses, and the group of 10 global manufacturing and engineering businesses that constitute KCTG. KCTG is a wholly owned subsidiary of Koch Industries, Inc., the largest privately held company in the United States.

Mr. Haddock offers a wide-range of legal expertise and experience, as well as industry-specific knowledge, ranging from arbitration and litigation management, business transactions, corporate formation and governance, compliance and related training programs, construction and engineering agreements, intellectual property portfolio and litigation management, intellectual property licensing, domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, risk assessment/management, and software development, licensing, and dispute resolution.

Spring 2008
J. Tyler Paul hired as associate lawyer with Biggs Law Group. Mr. Paul is a graduate of Washburn University law school. HE earned a B.S. in accounting while attending Emporia State University where he was recognized as an Athletic All-American and Academic All American while playing football.

Mike Biggs has passed the Series 65 examination and is now a Registered Investment Advisor.

Congratulations to legal assistant, Genou Gibson, who has been elected President of the Wichita Legal Professionals.
